There are two types of Screeners. Our standard survey is for 3rd grade and up. Our simplified survey is for 2nd grade and below. Students should only be assigned one type of survey.
If your school is conducting either a Pre or Post Screener, here is a step-by-step guide on how to access and review the Screener(s):
1. Log in to Sown To Grow and make sure you are in Teacher view.
2. To access the Screeners, select Screeners from the Classroom menu at the top right.
3. Here will also be able to see whether or not the screener has been assigned to a student and whether it has been completed. You can click on "See results" to view individual student responses.
4. From the student point of view, once they have a survey assigned to them, they will be prompted with a pop up that it is time to take a survey.
5. Once a student has completed the survey, you will now see a green Completed button appear on your teacher page. You will also have the ability to click to See Results.
6. After clicking in to See Results, you will land on the individual student Survey results.
7. Additionally, you can view the overall classroom data for your students by selecting Screeners from the Insights menu at the top right of your screen.
