1. Log in to your Sown To Grow admin account.
2. Select the Screeners icon from the home page, or select Manage in the upper right hand corner and select Screeners from the dropdown navigation bar.
3. To create a new Screener, click on the plus (+) sign.
4. You will be prompted to enter a Screener Name, select the Dates Active, and select your Screener Type. You will have the option to select between either the Standard Screener or the Simplified Screener. Here you will also have the ability to download a PDF copy when clicking on About this Screener (as seen below). Once completed, click Add to save.
5. Once you have created the Screener(s), you can now select Share.
6. You can either have the Screener as a Whole School Sync, Classrooms or Individual Students Share. Once selected, click Continue.
A) Whole School Sync - allows you to share the Screener with all current students and future students at your schools. Any Screener assigned a whole school sync will show the rotating arrows icon.
B) Classrooms - allows with all current and future students in selected classrooms.
C) Individual Students Share - Choose and manage the Screener for a selection of students. This option will not automatically sync with new students added to a teachers classroom roster. Manual share will require you to manually add the Screener to each student who enrolls after the initial share.
7. Once you have finalized your Screener(s) and their share options, you will see the following information:
A) Active: If the dates you selected are current, you will see a green Active button populate. If you selected a future start date for your Screener(s), the green button will not show, informing you that the Screener is currently inactive.
B) Dates Active: These will be the Screener window/time frame where you have selected for the screener(s) to be active.
C) Type: Here you will see whether you are using the Simplified Screener or the Standard Screener
D) # of Students Shared: This will inform you how many students have the listed Screener assigned to them.
E) Share/Update Share options: Whether a Screener is active or inactive, you still can Share and Update share options the Screener school-wide.
