The school insights page is where you are able to dive into a specific schools data. This is broken down into 4 different sections. You will find a quick overview of each section as well as the dashboards built in to them down below.

Usage Data Tab
This tab provides you with an overall look at a specific schools usage and summary statistics of implementation. The following information and dashboards can be found within this tab:
- Total Number of Rostered Students: No indicating information is displayed
- Total Number of Active Students: a student who completes a reflection in any assigned module
- Total Number of Active Teachers: a teacher who has 3 or more active students in their class(es)
- Total Reflections Written: these are all reflections written throughout the school year
- Total Teacher Feedback Given: these is all teacher feedback given throughout the school year
- Reflections by Module: provides information on how many reflections are completed within each module
- Teacher Overview: Will provide an overview of teacher feedback for the last 3 weeks as well as for the entire school year broken down by teacher.
Emotional Well-Being Tab
This tab provides you the ability to dive into a specific schools overall emotional well-being. This tab is broken down into the following information and dashboards:
- Counts of Students with Consecutive "Unhappy/Very Sad" Emojis: indicates the number of students for this school who have had consecutive "Unhappy" or "Very Sad" emoji's for the last 3 weeks. No indicating information is displayed .
- Concerning Alerts: total number of concerning alerts received at this school
- Addressed Alerts: total number of addressed alerts
- Alerts marked Non-Critical: these are alerts that may have been flagged by the system but did not require to be marked as an Urgent.
- Current Emotion: indicates the schools current emotion over the last 90 days
- Emotion Levels Over Time: graph that shows the range of emotions from week to week
- Feedback Rate by Student Emotion: indicates the feedback rate at this school by student emotion.
- Concerning Reflections: this dashboard provides you a look into the concerning reflections that were written at this school that caused an alert to be triggered. No indicating information is displayed with the reflection
SEL Tab
This tab is for those who are implementing the SEL Pre-Survey or the SEL detailed modules. This tab will provide detailed information on how these implementations are moving forward. This tab is broken down into the following dashboards:
- Active Teachers: a teacher who has 3 or more active students in their class(es)
- Active Students: a student who completes a reflection in any assigned module
- Student Completion: provides an overall view of the number of rostered students as well as the number of students who have completed the Pre-Survey (as well as how many students have completed the SEL unit if part of your schools implementation)
- Student Survey Input by SEL Competency
- Pre-Survey Results broken down by each competency
- Shows average response for each question in each indicator
- Student survey result by indicator statement
- SEL Progress by teacher
- Shows rostered students as well as how many students have completed the Pre-Survey (as well as the other SEL units if part of your schools implementation)
Academic Reporting Tab
This tab allows you to see the summary statistics for the overall reflection quality of your school. As well you will have access to the following:

- Reflection Quality Over Time
- Reflection Count over Time
- Reflection Quality by Teacher
- Learning Strategy Mentions
- Reflection Quality by Teacher
