As an admin, you can view an alert and mark the alert either as "Addressed" or "Non-Critical" by following these steps:
- Mark an alert as Addressed when: You or another member of the admin team has met with the student to discuss and review their reflection
- Mark an alert as Non-Critical when: the alert is not urgent and does not require a follow-up meeting/touch point with the student outside of the teacher's feedback.
1) Log in to Sown To Grow.
2) Select the Alerts tab from your dashboard menu or the Alerts icon.
3) Review the alerts by selecting the drop-down arrow to the left of the student's name.
Select the options button (see arrow below) and select whether you would like to "Mark as Addressed" or "Mark as Non-Critical".
You have now successfully marked an alert!
