Only individuals with School Portal admin access have the ability to add and remove themselves as Co-Teachers. To add yourself as a co-teacher and give feedback to students, follow these steps or watch this short video.
1. Log in to Sown To Grow
2. Select the Users menu button, also found in the Manage drop down.
3. Click on Classrooms on the left side navigation bar. Next you will select Join to add self as a co-teacher. Once you have joined a class, you will now see a green button with your initials inside. (Other co-teachers will show as a gray button). Once you have joined a classroom, select the Go to class button to join the class.
Note: when you select to Go to class, a new browser tab will open for you allowing you to navigate back to your admin view easily.
4. You will automatically land in the classroom you selected. You will see a banner at the top middle of your page indicating that this is a Co-teacher classroom as well as an eye icon at the bottom right of the classroom tab you are the co-teacher for.
5. Select the module in which you would like to enter to give students feedback. You will automatically land on the Insights page for the module. You can select which week you would like to dive into using the drop down menu.
6. Click on the green Give Feedback button.
7. Select one of the suggested feedback options or enter in one of your own. Click reply to finish it off.
Congratulations! You have left a student some feedback!
