If a teacher reports they do not see any modules in their Sown To Grow classroom, check the following common issues:
- Verify you or another school admin has assigned modules to the classroom
- Verify students are rostered using the correct platform, ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom
- Verify the teacher has logged in using the correct platform, ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom
No modules have been assigned to the classroom
How to fix the issue:
Assign modules or reply with the intended date modules will be assigned and assure the teacher the issue will be resolved at that time.

Students are rostered incorrectly
How to fix the issue:
Go to your Admin Dashboard and navigate to the "Classrooms and Users" section.
Select "Students" from the navigation bar.
Verify the student, or students used the correct log-in platform by checking their name, email, and the platform icon to the left of their name is consistent with your training demo account (ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom.)
If the student has logged in correctly, rostering can take 48 hours to sync.
Check your ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom platform integration to see if the issue is due to an error with the roster being shared with Sown To Grow.
The teacher did not log in using the approved platform integration; ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom
How to fix the issue:
Go to your Admin Dashboard and navigate to the "Classrooms and Users" section.
Select "Teachers and Staff" from the navigation bar.
Check to see if the teacher used the correct log-in platform by checking their name, email, and the platform icon to the left of their name is consistent with your training demo account (ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom.)
Verify what the teacher is seeing by having them send you a screenshot, you should see the correct school assignment at the top left of the screen.
If the teacher has not logged in using the correct integration, (ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom), please support them in the correct login process.
If the teacher has logged in correctly please submit a support ticket to Sown To Grow with the screenshot attached.
