Teachers don't see any modules in their Sown to Grow Class – Sown To Grow

If a teacher reports they do not see any modules in their Sown To Grow classroom, check the following:

Verify you or another school admin has assigned modules to the classroom
Verify students are rostered using the correct platform, ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom
Verify the teacher has logged in using the correct platform, ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom

No modules have been assigned to the classroom

How to fix the issue:

Assign modules or inform the teacher of the intended assignment date and assure them the issue will be resolved by then. Refer to "Adding and setting up a school-managed module" for assignment instructions.

How to fix the issue:

In your Admin Dashboard, navigate to "Classrooms and Users" -> "Students." Verify student login platform consistency (name, email, platform icon) with your training demo account. Allow 48 hours for rostering sync. Check ClassLink/Clever/Google Classroom platform integration for rostering sharing errors.
If the student has logged in correctly, rostering can take 48 hours to sync.
Check your ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom platform integration to see if the issue is due to an error with the roster being shared with Sown To Grow.

How to Fix the Issue:

Access Teacher Information: Go to your Admin Dashboard, navigate to "Classrooms and Users," and select "Teachers and Staff."
Verify Login: Check each teacher's record to ensure they are using the correct login platform (ClassLink, Clever, or Google Classroom).
Obtain Screenshot: Request a screenshot from the teacher to verify their school assignment.
Assist with Login: If incorrect login, guide them through the correct process.
Submit Support Ticket: If logged in correctly but modules are still missing, submit a support ticket to Sown To Grow with the screenshot.
