If a teacher doesn’t see any modules or check-ins in their Sown To Grow classroom, it’s typically due to one of two reasons:
- The module has not been shared to their classroom, or
- The classroom does not currently have any students rostered.
If a module does not populate, teachers will see the following on their page:
No modules have been assigned to the classroom
How to fix the issue:
1. In the School portal, go to Modules
2. A Check Unshared modules. If the module is listed there, it has been shared yet.
3. Check School modules to confirm which modules are shared and how they are shared:
Whole school: Shares the module with all current and future students at the school. The module will automatically apply to all existing and newly created classrooms.
Classrooms: Shares the module only with students in the selected classroom(s). New classrooms created in Sown To Grow will not automatically receive the module unless it is manually shared to them.
