This help desk article will walk you through how you are able to archive or unarchive student(s) from a classroom roster.
1). On your School Portal home page, select the Classrooms & users page either from the page selection or the manage drop down box.
2) Select Classrooms from the left hand side navigation bar. From here you will locate the classroom where you would like to archive or unarchive any student(s). Click on the vertical menu option and select the Archive / unarchive student(s) option.
3) Once again, locate the student(s) you would like to archive unarchive and select the action menu (indicated by the 3 vertical dots) to open up the archive student option.
4) Once a student has been archived, they will now populate in the Archived Students menu. You can also unarchive any student(s) by selecting the action menu and selecting to unarchive student.
You have successfully archived and/or unarchived student(s)!
