This is a step by step guide on how to add and set up a school managed module on the school portal.
1. Log in to Sown To Grow
2. When you log in, you will automatically land on your school portal home page. To add a new module, select either the Modules button or select Modules from the drop down under Manage.
3. Click on the Add module button, located on the left hand side navigation bar.
4. Once you have clicked, you will now have the opportunity to select which module you would like to add. Which ever module you place your mouse over will be highlighted and you will notice that it states Add module underneath.
5. Once you select the module you would like to utilize, you will have the ability to Set up your module by selecting the grade level band, editing the module name, as well as selecting the start day of the module. Once you have made your changes click Save.
Please note: Choosing a grade level for your module will ensure you have content designed especially for your class.
6. You will now see that the module you have created has landed in the Unshared modules section. Until a module has been shared out to at least 1 classroom, it will be unavailable to all teachers. Click on Share module to make this module live.
7. You will have the ability to either share the module Whole School or with Classrooms.

A) This is where you will select the classroom(s) you are looking to share and/or remove the module from
B) This section here will show you the classroom(s) where the module will be shared
C) This section will show you the classroom(s) where the module will be removed from
D) Here you will be able to see the number of classrooms the module will be shared with as well as the total number of students.
8. Once shared, your module will now move to the School modules section. Here you will also have the ability to see how many students and/or classrooms this module is currently shared with, as well as having the ability to update share options.
Please note that all Modules are organized in alphabetical order.
