To mark an alert either as "Addressed" or "Non-Critical" follow these steps:
- Mark an alert as Addressed when: You or another member of the admin team has met with the student to discuss and review their reflection
- Mark an alert as Non Critical when: the alert that was written can be considered not urgent and does not require a follow up meeting/touch point with the student outside of the teachers feedback.
1) Log in to Sown To Grow.
2) Select the Alerts tab located on the left hand side navigation bar
3) Find the student you would like to mark the alert for. Select the options button (see arrow below) and select whether you would like to "Mark as Addresses" or "Mark as Non-Critical".
You have now successfully marked an alert!
