This new module setting allows school admins to limit student check-ins to only the dates of the current week. This means that students will not be able to check in or edit check-ins for past weeks or future weeks. Teachers will still be able to access all module weeks to read and respond to student reflections as usual.
This setting will be turned on by default. To turn this setting off:
- Go to your school’s modules page
- Select the module you would like to update
- Click the Settings gear icon located to the right of the module name.
- Find the setting labeled Disable past week check-ins
- Toggle the setting off
The change will apply to that module. Students will now be able to access available check-ins from past weeks.
What teachers can access
This setting only changes which module weeks students can access. Teachers can continue to view all module weeks and read and respond to student reflections.
