Co-teachers are able to view student data (but are not able to modify any of the module setup) for any classrooms that they have been invited to be a co-teacher in. In order to become a co-teacher, you must be invited to become a co-teacher from the teacher who created/owns the classroom.
To leave feedback as a co-teacher follow these steps or watch this short Teacher Feedback video.
1. Log in to Sown To Grow
2. Select the classroom, from the left side navigation, where you have been assigned to as a Co-teacher. You will notice that this will have an eye icon on the lower right hand corner. Once selected, you will notice a banner at the top middle of your page indicating that this is a Co-teacher classroom.
If it states you have an unread reflection for the current week you can select to "See Reflections" and skip to Step 7. If you do not have the message informing you that you have any unread reflections continue to Step 3.
3. Select the module in which you would like to enter to give students feedback.
4. Select the "Insights" tab
Note: A number next to Insights is there to inform you of the total number of unread reflections.
5. Click on the "Week" drop down menu to select a week
6. Select the week in which you would like to jump into. As a reminder, the number will indicate how many unread reflections there are for each individual week. If it states "View Feedback", that is to let you know that someone else has provided feedback to this student.
7. Dependent on whether or not feedback was provided to the student before, click either "Give feedback" or "View Feedback".
8. Select one of the suggested feedback options or enter in one of your own. Click reply to save.
9. Once you close the feedback screen you will now see your feedback next to the students reflection on your Insights page.
