Co-teachers can view student data for any classroom they have been invited to join. You must be invited to become a co-teacher by the teacher who created/owns the classroom.
To leave a response as a co-teacher follow these steps:
1. Log in to Sown To Grow.
2. Select the classroom, from the left-side navigation bar. You will notice that this will have an eye icon at the lower right-hand corner. Once selected, you will notice a banner at the top middle of your page indicating that this is a Co-teacher classroom:
If it states you have an Unread reflection for the current week, you can select Unread reflections and skip to Step 6. If you don't see a message indicating you have any unread reflections continue to Step 3.
3. After you select a classroom, you can view and reply to student reflections. Then, simply click on Reply to respond. If you're part of multiple classrooms, you can switch between them using the left-hand navigation bar to choose the classroom you want to read reflections from:
4. Click on the Week drop down menu to select a week:
5. Select the week the student submitted the response. Any numbers indicate how many unread reflections there are for each individual week. A View response option indicates someone else has provided feedback to this student:
6. Click Reply to respond to a student reflection. You'll then have the option to choose from suggested responses or compose your own. Remember to click Save after writing your reply:
7. You may also select See student profile to select one of the suggested reply options or a customized response. Click Save to respond. Then, use the arrows above to respond to the next student:
8. After saving your response, your reply will appear directly beneath the student's reflection. You may also Edit or Delete your response:
